ABOUT RCI INSURANCE

RCI Insurance Limited (C45786) and RCI Life Limited (C45787), referred to as “the Companies”, were incorporated in Malta on 10th December 2008 as subsidiaries of RCI Services Limited (C45692) (incorporated on 26th November 2008), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobilize Financial Services.

The principal activity of RCI Services Limited is that of a holding company, offering various administrative services to its subsidiaries. The Companies, which provide insurance solutions to customers of Mobilize Financial Services’s automobile financing business, are authorised under the Insurance Business Act 1998 to carry on long term and general business in European Markets as regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
